Everyone here is wonderful, from the person who answers the phones, to techs and vets. We started going here with our new cat 4 years ago vs. Banfield which I used for my dog many many yrs ago. They are completely transparent on pricing (no surprises), and if you have a set budget, they'll work with you on adjusting your pet's treatment plan. We were just there for a diagnosis/end of life visit, and they were all so compassionate through the entire process. I cannot thank them enough for how they all handled an incredibly hard visit. I recently took my German Shepherd to another thrive closer to me and they told me they were unable to help me and. Needed to sedate her and the next appointment wasn’t until Monday which is a few days , anyways they referred me to come to the Eldridge location the next day which was 45 min from my house, but I rather drive far because everyone from the front desk to the vet were so nice and very patient with us , I will definitely come back to this location.
