The front desk staff/vet tech and Vet were wonderful to my dog.
I came in suspecting a URI since another dog of mine was diagnosed with it (in another vet practice). I scheduled online and they were able to see me the same day. I came in early and they were all so welcoming.
The women treated my dog with so much affection that I'm sure that helped him be comfortable. The Vet came in and explained to me all the things he did to check on my dog and let me know what the issue was. He did not try to upsell me on Xrays (what I was fearing we had to do) seeing as he didn't display any major issues.

They were friendly and nice, Dr. Sandra took the time to explain everything and gave affordable solutions that worked and most importantly they treated my baby like a baby and not an animal.
My visit was both helpful, and productive. The staff was very accommodating, and took my personal concerns into consideration for treatment. My pet has made a noticeable positive change in condition. The techs were kind, and Dr. Kim was thorough. I will definitely return for future vet care.
