So glad I finally found a go-to wax spot in my neighborhood! Kimmy is awesome, efficient and thorough. My husband and I decided to elope on Friday, and she was able to add my appointment last-minute that morning before she opened. Remarkable service - I cant recommend this place enough!

Kimmy is the truth, y'all! I found her on LivingSocial, got the deal, was blown away, and didn't get a chance to go back before I went on a trip to Chicago. In Chicago, I got a Brazilian by some waxer there and it hurt, it was awkward, and I had a ton of irritation afterward. It made me appreciate Kimmy 9001% more. I now will make it a point to swing by Kimmy before I go anywhere because she's one of the best waxers ever. She's really pleasant to talk to, is completely casual and relaxed, her studio is clean and cozy, and overall she just offers a top-notch waxing experience.

I have been to every chain waxing establishment in the city and a few independent waxers. This was by far the best waxing experience ever! Kimmi uses a hard blue wax and was somehow able to make it less painful and more thorough than any other waxing I have ever received. I have zero irritation and didn't have to go home and peel tiny bits of leftover wax off of myself. I highly recommend the wax lab for any hair removal service.
