I recently visited The Spa at Post Oak and had such a great experience. The spa is beautiful, peaceful, and spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. As someone who gets massages often, I can honestly say Rolando is exceptional. His technique, pressure, and attention to detail stood out, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I had been curious about this spa for a while so I booked a massage for my birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming and left a lot to be desired. I usually go to the Trellis Spa at the Houstonian and I will likely just stick to that spa from now on. Ideally, I prefer a seamless spa experience. Most of the amenities were in the locker room with a few lounging amenities in another room while you wait for your massage. There were limited snacks, small cheap bottles of water, the pool area is on another floor, and the restaurants are as well.
