I took my 7 year old in to get goddess knotless and the experience was beautiful. We were offered snacks as we waited a few minutes. She got in the chair and before I can complete my Christmas shopping she was done. She loves her hair. Only one person won medium knotless goddess and my daughter was done in about 4 hrs or less. Highly recommend.
I have had the most amazing experience with my hair! These ladies are such top-tier high-quality women. The environment was great. Their energy was amazing and on top of that because of my busy schedule, they were not only able to to get my hair taken down and washed it and braiding me back up before the end of the day. I have been some mini braid shops in Houston. This one is my favorite and will continue to support this amazing business. Chichi and Christina are my girls. 😍😍😍
Okay, I started with a negative review, but I take it back lol. I don't love the prices but the quality of the work is good. I hate to leave negative reviews anyway, especially when the good times outnumber the bad, but trust, it was justified. My appointment was canceled after I was already there & all I was told was that I wouldn't be serviced. Homegirl just decided not to show up. I was extremely pissed because not only was this the day before a holiday, but I just felt like there was no type of accommodation made, no notification, not even a simple apology smh. However, a little while after leaving, they reached out to make things right. So, I sincerely appreciate the effort to correct the situation. That was the type of customer service I expected to receive & they ended up not letting me down. .
