This place is just what we needed!! The staff is so pleasant and on point! Jose at the front desk was great ! Kim and Nancy were wonderful! we’re definitely coming back when we visit Houston Again!
I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! I was able to use my Spa & Wellness gift card and even bring my sister along, which made the day feel extra special. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out; everyone was kind, welcoming, and right on time, which I really appreciated.
We both requested Swedish massages, and they absolutely delivered. Not only was the massage incredibly relaxing, but they also included thoughtful extras like hot stones, warm towels, and aromatherapy at no additional cost. My husband and I had an amazing experience today! Alex and Maria were absolutely beyond excellent. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming, and they both made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
Their technique, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out. You can tell they really care about what they do and about their clients’ experience. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit.
