Gary just built another new computer for me -- I think this is the 6th. He uses only the highest quality components, and is meticulous in assembly. I won't say he's available 24/7, but If I have a question or need some guidance, he will respond to inquiries regardless of whether the shop is open or not. Besides the new computer, I am still running two desktops he built (ages 5 and 10) and a laptop that is approaching a decade old. All still run flawlessly, though obviously the technology has passed them by. You get a clean install of Windows with no bloatware or OEM "enhancements." Stopped by today, it has been a while especially since moving across town and with covid. I was happy to still see Gary and the shop still there! Went in to look around for legacy parts because they are still in demand, as well as new tech! Even chimed in on some, "barber shop type conversation" it was awesome, I keep coming back for products and the experience!

This place is the best PC repair or build place I have ever been to. Gary the owner is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to find out what you need and to make sure that he is not charging you for something you do not need. You will not have to keep taking you PC back over and over like you would if you had taken you PC to Best Buy or Office Depot.Gary actually corrects the issues. This place is a jewel and I am sad that I am moving and will once again need to find a person I can trust to help me with my PC issues if they should happen because I know that I cannot trust Best Buy or Office Depot.
