If I could give this company zero stars, I would do that... The following are my reasons: 1) they don't answer the phone, 2) they don't respond to emails, 3) they don't show up to perform quarterly pest control (last visit was Aug 2023, today is April 2024)... would not recommend or do business with again.

this company is owned by fox inspections. They missed termites and a home we just bought and offered a prior inspection and a sticker stating no issues with termites. All in all treating for the termites and the termite repairs is going to cost us a little over $8000. They're simply not willing to stand behind the inspection and they're not standing behind the home inspection either I would hesitate to use them to do anything. When Bill, the trainer told me they weren't going to stand behind the flawed inspection. It was almost as if he took delight in telling me no. Ownership is completely irrelevant to the business. Has no idea about the company. Pro leadership. Has a foreigner from Indonesia taking and setting up appointments because it's cheaper than having a American do it. Go with another pest control company, not this one. Save yourself the hassle.
