Check in was awful. They really need to be sticklers about the POSTED rules to keep the line moving. There are supposed to be separate times for cats, dogs, trapped pets, and walk ins. They just let everyone in at 7 so my cat freaked out for 45 minutes panting and raising his temperature. Then, more dogs came and barked like crazy making him even more upset. When push comes to shove, I left feeling very worried about this “sketchy” looking place. Pick up was NOTHING like drop off and there was a very nice young man that explained everything and made me feel at peace. Overall, I would recommend this place for those on a budget. You get a lot of bang for your buck and it includes a microchip.
