Made the call and less than 24 hours later, I had a new tank and hot water. The owner Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone, explaining everything that need to be done. Unlike other companies, he immediately gave me an estimate and that estimate didn't change after the work. Joe and his helper were very courteous, did the install very clean and didn't cut any corners, as I watched every step. My neighbor used Texans Water Heaters last summer and I took a photo of the van for when it was “our” time. That was yesterday (a Sunday prior to Memorial Day). Joe actually returned my call after my husband prompted me to hang up and just call someone Tuesday as we thought for sure it would be an emergency call being a “holiday”. He scheduled me for the first call of the day and assured me they always want what is best for the customer and there are no emergency fees for Memorial Day, it’s just a normal business work day because you never know when a water heater will go out. Carlos and Jose called prior to coming and finished the job in little over an hour. Our 13 year old previous water heater had started to corrode the valve so the quoted the repair job and completed it too. Thank you both for the wonderful, speedy and clean service you provided. They have a vacuum to clean up any mess from the replacement. They also explained stuff to my husband up in the attic.
