After receiving good references from Cabinets To Go, I decided to give them a chance for the renovation of my kitchen including the installation of the counter tops and cabinets. I didn't know it was the worst nightmare we had lived when we saw the disastrous installation they made. At the beginning I was charged twice, fortunatlly my bank reject the second payment. The installer of the cabinets did not complete the work on the first visit, the tops of the cabinets, alignment of the boxes was lousy, and the drawers did not close properly. Update to lower rating from 2 to 1 starUpdated to 1 star due to no response from business after they'd replied to provide my contact which I did last week. Perhaps I'm overthinking this that if you ask for my contact info, I would be contacted. Frankly it's right in line with the remainder of my customer service experience SMH Original post:While the cabinets overall seem to be if good quality, the sales staff we dealt with did not order all the components necessary for the installation of our cabinets so we repeatedly had to call them to get needed supplies. Overall it was an unpleasant visit. Barry could have been a little more helpful and friendly, but he seemed preoccupied with something else and had zero motivation to sell me anything. Mike was an excellent salesman; he was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He asked pertinent questions, and I really appreciated his suggestion to upgrade to 36" wall cabinets. Tim was one of the worst salesmen I've ever met. He really has no concern for customer service and doesn't care about making a sale. And he could have damaged my cell phone when he was jamming his pencil into my phone screen
