The windows are very satisfactory and have cut down on our energy bills. However I caution anyone who is interested in their financing with Medallion bank to check their reviews before you take out a loan with them. Their rating is a 2.3 which is probably high bc you have to give them a 1 to post a review. My automatic EFT was turned off by the bank without my permission or knowledge. therefore I missed several payments bc I was unaware of this which caused my promotion to be cancelled and the interest was charged to my loan even though I was going to pay it off in full. No customer service was helpful. I am reporting them to the attorney General for fraudulent practices.... read full review

I didnt do business with Storm Tight because they want to come and do a whole presentation, complete with prop windows and heat lamps, and try to upsell you at the end. Renewal by Andersson did the same thing and I had to eventually ask the guy to GTFO of my house. If youre looking for a company to come measure, give an estimate and leave this is not the company for you. They wanted to be certain my wife would be present so they can get us both at the same time and not have to deal with an "off screen" spouse. Im looking to buy windows so just give me the price for the ones Im looking for and I'll let you know.

Storm Tight Windows are fantastic. They have been professional throughout the entire process. The products are Great! Our sales representative explained Everything to us and provided his # if we had any concerns or questions. The installation crew did a Fantastic job! For the product it is Soo worth the price.Thank you Storm Tight ?
