Every nurse is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, showing wonderful communication. The company has amazing team management, with managers who address issues directly and efficiently. They make weekly advocate calls to patients and provide warnings prior to natural disasters. For employees, it is a great place to work with good benefits, rapid growth, and celebrations for birthdays and holidays. Patients highly recommend this service for anyone who needs home health care.
Star Home health is one of the best home healthcare services I have ever used for my family members. Every nurse is so loving and caring and I truly appreciate the managers as they always address my issues directly and efficiently.
They hardly answer their phone and if they do they are ill informed and put one on hold and after about 30min sends one to voicemail. Very bad customer service. Healthcare providers should not recommend to patients.
