Didn't do my hair like I wanted exactly but I'll be back and I'm taking it down and getting it how I wanted it oh and they lie about the price to get me in there but they do an ok job
They did a really good job. My braids are super neat. I gave 4 stars only because they were a bit slow. I also had to sit there for over an hour with my braids half-done since they were understaffed that day.Service: Box Braids
I stopped by on a Tuesday to discuss pricing and my appointment time. I spoke with someone and she told me that she would be able to accommodate me. I returned on Friday at the time that was discussed. I would say about ten minutes later I was in a chair. I started with two braiders and they would alternate and sometimes it would be three braiders at a time. The lady that I spoke with initially wanted the braiders to stop with me to do others. Let's just say I was there from 11:30a-8:25p. The braiders worked diligently to ensure they got me out there. However, the lead lady that I spoke with was horrible! Customer service sucks when you spend over $200 for braids. I been to them over the years and this was horrible. Not returninf
