I was a loyal customer for over 2 years and was satisfied with the service. I usually have Tammy n Ms. Lin do my refills n pedi and they are awesome. But the straw that made me stop going there happened 2 Sundays ago when I went for a refill, pedi n eyebrow n arrived at 1 pm ish, there was no one waiting; my pedi was done immediately then 2 other people arrived n I was put under the fan to dry my toes n after waiting over 30 mins was told I needed to return the next day for my refill! I told Vivian that was ridiculous since I was there before the 2 other persons whose refills they were working on.
