Hi I had not been here for a while .Now under owners .
But I did not like the service I was not told new rules or maybe it was just for me only .But I went back the next day to pickup my garment cause the time & price did not make sense I was upset cause they never answer the phone for my concern.But I went back in person addressed my concern & the other lady went above & beyond to get my garment earlier.
Had an issue picking up my clothes and Jason reached out immediately to resolve the concern. He made it right and took personal ownership to make sure i was accommodated. I appreciate you going above and beyond - great customer service!
