Outstanding staff and doctors! I’d just gotten to town with a new cat who immediately developed diarrhea. Even though I’d never been here before, the staff was able to get her in to be seen almost immediately! The facility was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even got my cats records transferred from out of town right then!!
The doctors and assistants were very kind and patient with my girl, and took the time to explain what was wrong and answered all my questions. I left with medicine and a swag bag welcoming us to town. Top notch all the way.
And all that cost half what her old vet charged
I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Southside Place Animal Hospital for the many years of care, kindness, and compassion you gave to my beloved dog, Mojo. From routine treatments to boarding, you were always there with steady hands and open hearts.
Mojo was a big part of our family, and the way your staff treated him always made us feel that he was part of yours too. Today, as we said goodbye, I was deeply touched by the entire team coming to say their goodbyes to him. That moment will stay with me. It meant everything.

I don't have any past experience with any other vet clinic before, but the staff - Sesylya and Dr. Serra have made our initial visit very smooth.
Sesylya was kind and patient - handling our anxious cat with such ease and care. She even took the time to show us how to trim his claws and apply his flea medication properly.
Dr. Serra was equally wonderful - very attentive and thorough. She was able to answer all of our questions and since it’s our first time with a pet, you can bet that I had PLENTY haha.
