They provided a very reasonable and affordable estimate that was incredibly detailed and was comparable to other quotes we had received that we believed were inflated due to greed. Franklin and his team did a great job on replacing my house and shed roofs, as well as changing the gutter. It really brings a new look to the house and it looks amazing. Franklin also helped through the whole process, so it was smooth and it all took less than 3 weeks. I am impressed!
We contacted SmartHomes to redo our roof because we could hear squirrels scratching in the attic and therefore needed to redo the roof quickly. Franklin came over for the inspection and explained the whole process, material choice with me. We asked more questions about the roof ventilation and Franklin was able to help us with that as well. We chose them and the day of the work, while they were working on the roof, there was an incident (mainly due to an issue to the original roof) that affected the ceiling in one room below the attic.
