I had an amazing time at Shape Room Infrared Sauna! The owner Elaina is so kind and professional. It was my first infrared sauna session and I will definitely go back. If you're in the Houston area, I definitely recommend for spa day/self-care hour or two by yourself, with your friends or your significant other. I walked in feeling stressed and walked out on cloud 9. It was clean w/great customer service, and refreshing ambiance.
