SALON Per Se

Salon Per Se is part of the Chinatown hair salon family that also includes places like ML2 and Secret Salon. Having frequented 22 Hair Salon in the past, I decided to give Salon Per Se a try. The service pre-haircut is second to none in the area. Good music, free snacks and drinks, and clear communication from the staff make waiting not bad at all. Fluent English is spoken here, so no worries about language barriers that may be present at other Chinatown hair salons. I always try to make an appointment with Kiyoto, and he is always fast and cuts my hair to exactly how I describe. Kiyoto is also happy to give suggestions or style recommendations when prompted. This is my go to place, though it is pricey for a men's cut. I would highly recommend making an appointment before visiting!

I visited Salon Per Se for the first time and had my hair done by Long--she was amazing! She gave me the perfect layered cut and introduced me to some great new products that were reasonably priced. The salon is super cute & clean. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was very nervous coming in as it was my first time dying my hair. Kiyoto and Olivia offered me exceptional service as they were very patient and thorough with me. After showing them my Inspo pics, they delivered what I wanted just right. I will be coming back as I believe that the prices are worth the services provided.
