I get the same service have been for years. Gel mani n pedi. Now while I prefer Russian I accept conventional as I get that the technique isn't everywhere. I was seated fast and got to choose my colors immediately. The young lady sent to provide my requested service wasn't skill for the job. My hands have been done 7 days and the difference is night and day. I should have stopped her from jump when she began removing the previous mani. The best way is cotton ball solution foil tips, however I have had the file method. Yet my nails are so soft and thinned out from her strategy I will have to do a builder gel to recover. I didn't read the reviews enough before coming here -- definitely should've hit 'sort by date.' I am also typing this review while getting the service so, you know its that real. My experience wasn't bad but it wasn't ideal. I didn't plan on spending $60+ for a pedicure today but was persuaded to choose one of the expensive options. the massage was very subpar, not worth the "jelly" experience. I also came here to finish up work before the thanksgiving holiday so I wanted to sip some wine while getting things done -- no wine, just water and soda. that was definitely a bummer especially considering I'm already over spending and not getting to fully treat myself.

Moving to Texas I was afraid I would find a good nail shop to go to. But those fears have subsided ! Mr. Tony took his time with my full set, he was attentive, and made sure to ask how I LIKE to have my nails done & offered other options too! I was so impressed with the staff they treated me like royalty offering water & MIMOSAAS TOO! I will be booking my appointments in advance ! Thank you all for THE best service. Keep up the great service.
