I was so happy with the help I received in the store, and Kevin brought the samples to my home for measurements and review. The carpet is lovely and it looks great with my furniture, but I wasn’t very happy with my decision. It was too light and the same color of the walls and ended up being monochromatic. Roberts went back to the manufacturer who guaranteed 100% Satisfaction and they warranted the carpet for me!! Beautiful, carpets and boy they go the extra yard for their customer!! Greg - Conroe
