Working with Sonal is the best choice I've made for my wellness. I had a serious injury and the pain remained. It was gone in one session, now I am working on other issues related to the injury - AND MORE!

I have seen Sonal for both facial acupuncture and pain management acupuncture. Sonal is so knowledgeable and thoroughly incorporates client individual needs every single session. The facial acupuncture resulted in a more glowing, plumped face. For pain management acupuncture focused on my calves and shoulder / neck area, it is a much needed compliment to my normal massage. I can really feel a difference in the muscle relief with the acupuncture. I highly recommend Sonal at Renew- her demeanor is very comforting , and she knows how to address specific concerns. I think I have fallen asleep during every session because the acupuncture has been so relaxing and calming.
