Renee's Tax Services provides excellent customer service, with staff willing to take the time to explain the tax process and address concerns. Dawn and Mayra are particularly notable for their helpfulness. While some customers may experience delays in receiving refunds, the business is committed to resolving issues and providing support.
This place is a joke! The owner ignores messages, emails and calls. Priscilla, who works front desk is rude and does not return calls or leave messages if requested. The only person ever showing concern for my issue was Harmony- the owners daughter.
I filed my 2022 taxes with this company and have had problems since then. Still yet to receive my taxes or receive any information on what the issue is- No one will call me back.
1. Renee and her tax services SUCK
2. Renee's scary blocks you after she steals your refund like her home address isn't public info...
3. The IRS will audit you.
4. You pay all this cash to sit and listen to them act stupid with each other and then regret ever wasting time or money
Renee is a joke.
The worse service ever they have nasty attitudes after they do your taxes they don’t want to deal with you or even answer you when they mess up they block you on everything, they are so unprofessional smoke weed in the office while having customers there and are very ghetto… make sure you read your paperwork and make sure your refund isn’t going to their bank account im a victim of it never received my tax refund they kept it and didn’t even tell me. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH THEM!!!!!
