I’ve been waiting on strip curtains and hardware for a month now. They said the curtains would be done and never got feedback. Then I was waiting on the hardware to hold the strip curtains up. I even told the lady in the facility what I needed and she asked if I needed something else after I already told her several times I needed the hardware for the hang up curtains not slip in curtains. I’ll never order or go to this place again. Bad communication skills and very unorganized.

Horrible Experience – Do Not Use This Company
We’ve been waiting over a month for gaskets we ordered, and this company has lied to us or ignored us every step of the way. Communication is non-existent, and when you finally do get someone, it’s nothing but excuses.

Sonny, the so-called manager, is completely incompetent, lazy, and unprofessional. He avoids customers, dodges responsibility, and makes up fake excuses rather than addressing the problem. Randy refuses to provide any number or contact information for someone higher up, effectively blocking any chance of resolving the issue.
