Horrible Experience – Do Not Use This Company
We’ve been waiting over a month for gaskets we ordered, and this company has lied to us or ignored us every step of the way. Communication is non-existent, and when you finally do get someone, it’s nothing but excuses.

Sonny, the so-called manager, is completely incompetent, lazy, and unprofessional. He avoids customers, dodges responsibility, and makes up fake excuses rather than addressing the problem. Randy refuses to provide any number or contact information for someone higher up, effectively blocking any chance of resolving the issue. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! This place has been run down by its employees for years. Buy your gaskets online and SAVE MONEY! Don't use these people whatever you do.

I will never to business with this company again. I asked for a quote on a walk-in freezer and never received the quote because the guy that was doing to quote for me, Ricardo, gave my information to a different contractor. The office people wont give me the owners name or any information. Needless to say, this is extremely unprofessional.
