I am a builder of custom homes here in the Houston area. I had the pleasure of working with Rainey on a build recently. She was an incredible designer to work with. I don't always have designers that will take into consideration the concerns and suggestions of a builder. Rainey listened to what I had to say and helped make sure that her vision was able to be achieved with constraints I had. She is creative and attentive.
