Came in for wax. Took forever. I truly felt the lady didn’t know what she was doing. Tried to blame going for such a long period of time without a wax on the reason she couldn’t wax right. Also, used scrap paper. She left a red mark on my eye. The wax was way too hot.
Very slow service.I was the only one there and another lady that had about 6 people talking and laughing and they took about 2 hours to finish a refill set. They must be beginners not that there’s anything wrong with that But terrible slow service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
