All the ladies were nice. It was my first time getting my eyelashes done so I wouldn’t know what a good experience or bad experience would be but I felt pretty comfortable. I got the cheapest set they offered and didn’t have an inspo pic or anything so I just told her to do what was most popular. I love full volume lashes and Q Lash is my #1 favorite ?if you call for a same day appointment and if they’re fully booked they’ll put you on the list incase someone cancels or doesn’t show up and 9/10 you will get a call back I’ve done it a few times ! I’m always satisfied ? I really love everything about this lash studio ? Everyone is always so sweet, when you lay down on the lash bed there’s a very peaceful atmosphere ? it’s very clean, and just an amazing experience overall! I got my lashes done today by Mia she was very very sweet and fast but not fast to where she was rushing she was time efficient and her work is so amazing ? thank you Mia so much...read full review
I finally found a lash studio that can do thick and dramatic! Lily impressed me and has done a great job ever since! She’s helping me learn to take care of them better for better retention. Silk eye mask and wash, dry and brush every day. At first, I was destroying my left lashes in my sleep and she would help me. she is awesome! If you want a Th- Th- Th- Th-THick set.. def ask for Lily!
