Only come here because it's one of the few places that clean in-house and do same day cleaning. However the front desk staff, one lady in particular, is always short and rude in her communication. I try to avoid coming here unless I really need something cleaned same day.

We became customers when we moved into the neighborhood a couple of years ago. We followed them when they moved from Westheimer to Shepherd. I'm VERY happy with their service and the results- and the prices! I've also had them do some basic alterations and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Used to drive quite a distance to use the dry cleaning services when this location was Eco Cleaners. They changed hands and I continued to make the longer drive because of the consistent, reliable, friendly, and good service. They recently changed hands. No notification from the new owners. One phone call about picking up my items. I called back and they “couldn’t find me in the system.” When I asked how it was possible for me to receive a call if I wasn’t in the system, they explained that they no longer had access to the system.
