5 stars! Super nice, professional, and HONEST! We thought our ducts would be filthy after 6 years without a cleaning when we called them out for an estimate (yes, we’re idiots who didn’t realize it needed to be done frequently), but when they came out and examined the ducts they told us they were very clean and didn’t require it as we’ve been using high quality filters. They showed us pictures of everything they inspected so we could see the state of everything. Because my husband has had a recent transplant, we were concerned about air quality and cleanliness, and so they came out the next day and sprayed everything with an electrostatic antimicrobial agent that will last about a year and cleaned our similarly neglected dryer vent. The work went quickly and they were very careful and clean as they worked. Very, very pleased with the service we received and felt the cost was quite reasonable, especially in comparison to some of the other companies we looked at. Great service and great people, and fantastic local business. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for all our duct needs! Also, they came highly recommended by our A/C company, who we trust as well. Thanks so much for the awesome service!
