Gilbert was amazing from the beginning and getting my quote until the job was done, and I’m not an easy person to please. He was always so responsive to my texts/calls and quickly answered any questions I had.As for the team that did my floors, Eder and Alex were amazing! They were punctual, polite, fast and hard working. My floors consisted of tile and engineered wood and that wood was seriously glued on there. They got all the floors ripped up, and tile laid in just 3 days. Did the grout on the 4th day. Talk about Amazing!!!Great job Gilbert, Eder, Alex and everyone else that helped assist. 1. Process- I found these guys on Thumbtack, and they were the first company to reply back to me with a quote. Through the course of the next two weeks, shopping for a contractor, and talking to various companies, I find that Pop’s Flooring was the most responsive. Even having them come over the house to see them in person, I wasn’t quite sold on them yet. They didn’t have as much reviews as their other competitors, so that was my main hesitation. Also, I didn’t know how experienced they were. I was actually deciding on another company, but what made them stood out was having to deal with Gilbert.
