Biggest mistake I made is hiring Kevin Molleda (Pinnacle Construction Services)for a complete home remodel! His has no employees on payroll as his web page indicates, he hires out tradesman when needed. Workers would show up not knowing what they were hired for, not to mention the shabby work that they completed. He promised all the mistakes would be addressed prior to the completion. Well after 8 months of going PAST the contract completion date he ran out of funds and fled. By this time, I had payed him almost all that was owed. Scott Coleman is a disorganized unethical thief. He always has an excuse and never performs the work he is contracted for. Do not trust this man for anything!! Stay far away from Scott Coleman.
