“TL;DR - I am set with rockstar headshots - and any other photoshoot needs - for life having met Tracy and her talented team. She knows how to set the right feeling and make things comfortable while capturing your best self. -------------------- I scheduled with Tracy for a quick express session for professional headshots. I needed something quick for graduate school, but also something that I could use on LinkedIn, etc. Tracy reached out via my Yelp project immediately and offered her time for a phone consultation and got me in so quickly. She has been that efficient throughout the whole process, never sacrificing quality. I even got there a little late with traffic and her team had prepared and didn't make me feel flustered. They were so welcoming. Her portfolio stunned me and I LOVED my gallery she sent to me THE SAME DAY AS MY SHOOT. Her studio is adorable and her team is wonderful. “I booked an end of life photo shoot for my dog. From the time I sent the inquiry email, Stacy contacted me with so much empathy and compassion. In the intro call, Stacy really gets to you and your dogs. She was very warm and took the time to share her experience and also provides a comprehensive information session. Once I booked, we arrived to the studio and gave the dogs plenty of time to get comfortable in the room. Robyn spent alot of time getting to know us and what our vision was for the photo shoot. The photo session provides plenty of props and colors to make it special. Robyn and Stacy know all the tricks to get the dogs engaged. Robyn was very fun and engaging, we did not feel rushed and our ideas were incorporated. After the shoot, I booked a photo viewing with Stacy where we went thru the photos in detail and I selected 10. She was very patient and provided suggestions and other helpful edits that could be made. Once we received the final drafts, we were able to make some last minute touches as well. Stacy spent hours with me making sure I was very happy with the selection and edit game plan. I am very happy I booked this special session.
