Lyly is the best here at Pheonix Nails. She takes her time to make sure your nails looks great! I see Lyly every 2 weeks and will continue to come here for a great pedi and refill. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with the end results. Went in for a mani pedi after work. They weren't friendly, but polite enough. Accepted feedback on making the French tip thinner. I'm not sure if they have a basket of sanitized tools on their carts or they just toss them back in and they used clippers/files/cuticle tools on me which have been used on others. I didn't ask; too tired. I'm pretty happy with how they look and I'm really particular about how my nails look after spending money on them. The deluxe levels were not worth it. My old salon(closed now) did a great hand, leg, and foot massage and this one was just them touching me.

Nails chipped multiple times. I went back and had them fixed which was nice and fast but they peeled and chipped again. The store is nice but the products didn't last even a day (twice)
