AC companies are hit and miss. BUT Joseph HIT it out of the park for you guys yesterday.

We had a horrible experience with Brown AC through our home warranty. It took them 3 weeks and 1.5 hours of work for them to tell us we needed a new unit that was less than 10 years old. We asked for a 2nd opinion and they sent us Phil's Good AC and our technician Joseph was there the same day. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it after about 2 hours or hard work. THANK YOU!!! I will always request your services in the future.

Phil, do whatever you have to do to keep Joseph on your payroll. He is a rock star.

AHS assigned Phil's Good A/C & Heating to see why my fuse kept on blowing. The Technician, Lance, had to come out three times to troubleshoot the issue. I thought that was reasonable considering the preexisting wiring, it's an old unit, we didn't have any understanding of maintenance history. Lance was professional, personable, extremely knowledgably and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them if I need additional service for my system.
