This Petco has been opened since Fall 2023 and we love coming here for my dogs nail trims and treats. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The grooming team (CeCe, Ozzy and Kim) do a wonderful job on my dog's nail trims. He's quite dramatic when getting his nails trimmed but they put him at ease and take their time to trim his nails well and shape them well too. I appreciate it when they know he's kind of anxious and treat him well with pets and positive reinforcement. They do such a great job. Tbh the review is low bec of the store manager there. My first impression of him of how I was treated as a customer I didn’t necessarily like. Maybe it was my melanin idk, but everyone else and everything else in the store was a treat, 5 stars. The store manager I’d give a 1.5 star. Honestly I think another new store manager would be a better choice. The salon manager CiCi is a sweetheart and Azul is a great dog trainer!

It’s so nice to have a store with employees that are not only incredibly nice but more than willing to help you with questions or concerns about products. I visit this store usually once or twice a week for supplies and have yet to have a negative interaction. Definitely my favorite pet store to shop at.
