And even self-service cleanings which is amazing and I've never seen that anywhere else before.
The self-service fee is $25 before tax. Which I believe is a really fair rate Considering the equipment (washing tubs and air drying rooms) and multiple types of shampoo including tear-free for the face.
They showed me how their system operates and gave me some good recommendations on tips to make it easier.
My dog is a big Fluffy husky and it takes a LONG TIME, but they have no time limit in their policy so I didn't feel rushed and gave my boy the cleaning he deserves.

Karina did my Shih Tzu, Ponzu’s, first ever grooming as a puppy and we’ve been going to her ever since! She does an amazing job and always accommodates my requests. I know that Ponzu is in good hands when he is with Karina. If you are in need of a new groomer, look no further!
Thank you for being extra loving and kind to me and my pup. The young man at the desk answered all my questions so kindly and patiently. He sent me pics throughout the appointment to help ease my mind. I was so nervous but they told me my dog did great. They even put his new collar and harness on him for when I picked him up. The kindness of the people we worked with really touched my heart.
