I stopped in here one day to see if he could fix what I thought was a battery issue with my offbrand laptop. As it turned out it was a very simple fix, and he did not even want to charge me. What a great guy! I will come back in the future to buy some of the gadgets that he has on his side wall. Or if I ever have Computer issues or need data recovery.

We have been extremely satisfied with the IT services PC & Mac Provide for our office. Each time they visit they are highly responsive, very knowledgable and quickly resolve all issues with great explanations. I would recommend them to anyone for IT services.

I had a truly pleasant and warm experience at this computer shop! My husband and I went in to get our printer fixed, but unfortunately, the technician wasn’t able to repair it. Despite that, he was incredibly generous—he not only gave me a printer from his shop, but also returned my original printer. He took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between various types of printers, which was very helpful. As a student in need of a printer, I’m deeply grateful for his kindness. He even looked at my printer free of charge. I can’t thank him enough for his thoughtful and knowledgeable service!
