My interaction with Richard left me utterly appalled and compelled to share my experience in detail. I rarely leave negative reviews, understanding that everyone has off days, but the level of condescension and outright rudeness I encountered was beyond anything I've ever experienced in a professional setting. I had hoped for a straightforward discussion from the very first interaction there was a tone that was both unsettling and unprofessional. Absolutely the best! Richard and his team always work so hard to deliver thoughtful elegant solutions and work promptly to resolve emergencies we have. I have seen first hand how their network designs have thwarted some serious cyber attacks. They educate us without using fear and their prices are fantastic. I would not use anyone else.
