I had no appointment and as soon as I walked in, I was advised to pick my nails color and got seated right away. Right after I got offered a complimentary coffee as part of their amazing customer service.

I always have a wonderful experience at Palazzio! Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I love the dip powder for my nails and shellac pedicure for my toes. The stylists help me pick out the perfect color that I’m looking for and my nails are the perfect length and shape. Beautiful and just what I wanted! The pedicure and massage is also fabulous.
