Well I'm here to say something good I went to a new tech today I believe he's a new tech although he took a long time he did really well with my nails and he kept making sure that I was okay and all that good stuff it was very quiet and slow today the only thing that I have to say negative is $20 for a color change is crazy but I am a little bougie I will be coming back simply because he is a new tech and I want to see his journey... Yes these are my nails with a few fake ones ... Can you point out the fake one!?! Didn't think so if you go to him he just have patience simply because he's learning( love that the lady with the calf tattoo was coaching him as he was doing...read full review

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I am one of the first customers here at 8:45. Linda does my toes and Nina gets here about 9:30 and she tells me she already had some one mind you her cust got here at 9:10. I should have been first they do this to me every time. I have spoken with manager Rosie she just tells me she will speak with workers but it's always somethin. The only reason I come is I love the way Linda does my toes, and I like the way Louis and Nina does nails but customer service sucks.
