One Hour Champion Dry Cleaning

This business is advertising 1 hour and it’s a next day like all the other dry cleaning businesses. I looked them up and called and no one answered, so I’m thinking they are busy so I drove 9 miles and the owner said it’s the business name he. Don’t do 1 hour dry cleaning. I told him his business name is advertising misleading information.

I've come to this location many times since it's conveniently by my neighborhood but at this rate the service is not worth it at all. I've dropped off Hermes silk scarves to be pressed and they keep pinning safety pins on places where you are not supposed to when they clearly have a seam and tag where they can staple and attach pins to. Instead they keep pinning on places that ruins the grain of the silk. I just picked up 3 silk tops and these morons again pinned my tops randomly leaving noticeable holes from the safety pins. I expressed my frustrations with the employee that was there and he couldn't care less and still had the audacity to charge me for that awful service and ruining my silk shirts. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. As a matter a fact do it yourself at home, at least if you ruin ur clothes I'll be on yourself and you won't be paying for them to ruin them.

First of all, the name is a scam. They do NOT offer hour cleaning, not even same day. SECOND of all, do NOT bring your clothing here. I picked my clothes up they were still stained, heavy starch was NOT used although it’s what I requested… I’ve literally never been so disgusted and disappointed. Will try my best to make sure no one else gets scammed the way I did.
