Called up Omega a few months ago after sightings of rat and a the droppings of one/some being around. Jeff came out and was very thorough, personable, professional, and he politely and extensively answered all of my questions and concerns. Fortunately we didn’t have any inside yet, so we were a seal up and then follow up to make sure. We wanted them out not poisoned and dying in the house/walls.
