Overall, I thought everyone was very friendly. However, the Wait time was very long and you were not able to make an appointment. Someone came in after me and told how she was in a hurry due to having another appointment somewhere else and they took her ahead of me even though she came after me. The hours are 8 to 5 so you’re not able to come in before work and if you’re trying to do it on your lunch hour, most likely you will not make it back within one hour. The tech I had was extremely friendly. I think if they hours changed from like 7 to 6 or they took appointments that might help speed things up.

I signed in at 12:26 pm and didn't finish and leave until 1:50 pm. I think an hour is far beyond what would be considered normal wait time. The lobby wasn't even full to expect a wait time of that length.

3 stars for the friendliest of the lady assisting with the drug test. But lost 2 star at for the WAIT. I called day before and they said no appointment needed could walk in. Was just a P test for a new hire; not an accident, workers comp or anything else….. an in and out situation. I’ve been to other places that took maybe 30 minutes tops. I wait for a bit over an hour. They need another system
