I had an exceptional experience at the Memorial Hermann Emergency Room, and I’m deeply grateful for the care I received — especially considering I was visiting friends in Texas, far from home (Puerto Rico). Experiencing a sudden health emergency in an unfamiliar place can be very scary, but thanks to the incredible team at this facility, I felt safe, supported, and well cared for every step of the way.
