I found the Neptune Society to be surprisingly compassionate and extremely professional. They handled my mother’s final arrangements with dignity and respect.
The only issue I experienced was when I provided my mother’s urn at the time of her passing. Two weeks later, when I was called to pick up her remains, I was asked if I wanted to purchase an urn—the original urn I had already purchased during the prearrangements had been misplaced. Fortunately, they were able to locate it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. Despite that one hiccup, I felt well cared for, and I would highly recommend the Neptune Society to others.
