yallllll OMG I always go here but, it's been a minute & HELL NO ! I came in at 9:30am they immediately put me in a chair to start my pedicure time passing eventually I'm looking around like okay 10:00am get here a man & a dog walk in - he feed the dog eat some McDonalds & come sit in front of me to start my feet don't wash his hands nothing just threw on some damn gloves! At this point the dog is all over the place he done jumped up on one of the pedicure spa chairs and all over an older Hispanic lady she's stead saying no stop move until finally one of the older nail technicians tell him get the dog. I have been going here for years and they've always done a great job but recently the work is horrible. The last 3 times I've been there I have not been happy. Yesterday, she rushed through the pedi, I could understand if they were busy but there were only a few other customers there and no one was waiting. She didn't put the clear coat on my toes after the nail polish after we had to switch it because she kept wanting to use one that had to go in the trash. I left there around 2, by 9 pm I put some heels on and my nail polishes chipped off my toes.

1. she didn't cut down my actual nails 2.she didn't pull down my cuticle 3.She didn't even size up the nail before gluing the fake nail down 3. There was glitter in the in the powder when there isn't supposed to be any. 4. She couldn't even make my nail into coffin shape they looked like a square. 5.didnt put powder all the way back 6.Had to wait till another girl to fix it but only fixed the shape nothing else all the other problems are still there and still had to pay $40 Did not leave tip. It doesn't make sense this is the basic stuff for nail salons and they can't even do that. Shake my head very disappointed! Messed up mines, my... read full review
