I had such a great experience here and have to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Nancy Lo and Itzel at the front desk.
First of all, Dr. Lo was incredibly patient with me. I’ll admit… I was being a literal cry baby during parts of the exam because I absolutely hate bright lights pointed directly into my eyes. 😅 Despite my dramatic reactions, she stayed calm, reassuring, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you’re okay.

Dr. Lo is so wonderful. I enjoy being around her and talking to her! So my appointments are usually fun. I really appreciate how the practice utilizes upgraded technology. They identified something that happens with my eyes that contributes to my regular occurring motion sickness. Just knowing is helpful. I also love their office decor and feel, it’s light, bright, clean, & modern.
