My husband and I pay for a monthly membership for our truck, but our experience at this location is very inconsistent depending on who is running the wash. The employee working today (November 16th, 2025 at 10:53 AM) is someone we’ve had repeated issues with. He never sprays the pretreatment on our vehicle and consistently greets us with a scowl and an unpleasant attitude while guiding us onto the track. He rushes through the process and then immediately leans against the wall to be on his phone.

I came by chance to wash my car. I thank everyone for their dealings. The station is clean and my car was washed perfectly.

The lounge is clean and air-conditioned.
