I had an excellent experience at the Midas on Bellaire Avenue! Grant went above and beyond and truly earned my business. I was able to be seen same day with a short wait. I had an oil change, oil pan replacement, and a battery installed, and Grant and his team took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my truck. I never felt pressured or like I was being swindled, just honest, transparent service.
Their follow-up was outstanding, and the entire staff was professional and courteous. This location will definitely be my go-to for all of my vehicle needs. Highly recommend!!
Came to Midas on 5609 Bellaire blvd and was attended by Ms. Patricia Bugsby. she helped in many ways to get me a good pricing on my brakes, rotors and alignment. She went above and beyond to check on warrantee to assur I didn’t over pay. Great service by her and the crew in the back. Didn’t wait long. Will return again many thanks!!
